Mel Ve is a South African born artist and creative genius, with a love of good food and a passion for quality food preparation and presentation. In 2004, Mel was a participant of Master Chef in London, making it to the final 8 contestants. Her ongoing humanitarian media projects include co-founding Conscious Consumer Network on 1 January 2015. Some of the projects to evolved from Conscious Consumer Network, include Conscious Kitchen and Algarvian.Life. Mel creates plant based artesian produce which is available as various food boutiques and gourmet delis across the Algarve on the Southern coast of Portugal, whilst participating in various artesian markets and events such as the annual FAVA vegan and sustainability fair.

Plant based, lactose free, probiotic super-food with multiple health and healing benefits. Flavors include Garlic Herb, Lemon Chives, Mustard, Piri Piri, Black Pepper, Lime Mint, and, Chili Cheddar.
